Project Reflection time

Reporting and Reflecting has been the preoccupation of all staff at MacICT of late. The process is one of the most important 'past times' and can be extremely time-consuming. The amount of valuable information derived from collecting and analysing data then reflecting on our practice drives our projects' directions. How much time do you put aside for analysis, evaluation and reflection?
