motivation

Just listened to Dan Pink's TED talk on the surprising science of motivation http://www.ted.com/talks/dan_pink_on_motivation.html His ideas around autonomy, mastery and purpose ring bells for me at MACICT. It is so much more successful when projects have a genuine purpose and the team members have the desire to contribute.

    Central to autonomy, mastery and purpose is self-motivation, a passion to learn, a desire to share the learning and most importantly a working environment that is supportive and collegial - KL
