Have really wanted to tap into the trainee teacher graduates as soon as they come out of Uni. I know they will be looking for work soon and I really would like to have them in the Centre for a few weeks when they are raw. I wanted to look into this last year but just didn't end up going there.
I think it would be a great experience for them and I think it would help support those schools who eventually employ them in their schools. We need to sow the seeds of innovation in practice as early as possible before they get into the school and end up replicating some of the less innovative practices of the industrial-era classroom. Just to fit in.
