wiimote project

On the 20th January, we hosted a small workshop for 15 teachers on using the wiimote as an IWB device to turn any surface into an IWB. In the morning we looked at the technical how-tos and then in the afternoon, we looked at applications in the curriculum from Stage 3-6.
I am very grateful to Ben Jones from Centre for Learning Innovation, who delivered the workshop with support from Joe Stewart from the Catholic Diocese in Lismore, along with support from staff at MACICT - Matthew Topp and Jola Czwerwonka.
I am particularly keen to find out how these teachers went back in the real classroom when they start to implement the skills acquired and the resources provided at this workshop. To find out more, go to:

and Ben's fabulous site: http://www.wiimoteproject.com/
My interest, as always, will be in how they have managed to deliver enhanced quality teaching programs and how the wiimote has facilitated this. I have created a forum post
